Forthcoming International Conferences of the CCDS

BA, MA, MBA & PhD Students of the Center for Cultural Diplomacy Studies Participation in the ICD International Conferences
Participation in 2016 Conferences

In the framework of the curriculum in the Center for Cultural Diplomacy Studies - BA, MA, MBA and PhD students are offered to participate in the conferences of the CCDS taking place in Berlin and other cities around the world in order to enable additional professional experience and to enhance their studies with current real world examples of cultural diplomacy. During the conferences, students are invited to conduct interviews with the prominent speakers, assist in the moderation of the conferences, and participate in bilateral meetings with the prominent speakers & delegates.

International Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy in the Arab World will focus the opportunities for cultural diplomacy in the Arab World in the framework of the current transitions and challenges. In particular, the symposium will highlight the best practices of certain counties in the Arab World of practicing cultural diplomacy to educate and to strengthen relationships between groups within their countries and to strengthen relationships between their countries and the global community. The Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy 2015 »
"Building Bridges of Peace and Reconciliation in Times of Greater Global Insecurity"

The 2015 Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy aims to present all practices that the field of cultural diplomacy has to offer to the international community for their application to try to remedy and solve growing global challenges. The conference will bring together leading politicians, religious leaders, senior academics and celebrated artists together with representatives from areas of conflict in order to establish new institutions and initiatives that will help with these challenges using the practice of cultural diplomacy together with other practices and means.
